Nails are small piece of our body but this do not mean that they are not important. Some people do not treat them with care, but I think that most people nowadays know that nails are important and they treat nails with care. Nails can reflect your hygiene, cleanliness and even your health condition. Everyone, especially women, want to have healthy and strong nails. They usually take more care about nails than man. In some job every employee need to have tidy, clean nails. So, nails are important. We can keep our nails clean and healthy, not just with different product that we can buy on market. If you cut your nails frequently than you have short ones and you really do not have a lot of problems with them. And finally but not less important it is nutrition for strong nails. Let face it, nutrition really is important even sometimes seems that people do not think that way. Right and healthy nutrition it really is important for strong and healthy nails, because they are mirror of our health. However, today it is not just nutrition problem.

7 Reasons That You Should Join the Gym

I know that I have said over and over again that you do not need to go to the gym in order to get a great work out. I also know that many of you are flat out against going to the gym and no matter what I or anyone else says, you are not going to get a membership. That is completely fine!

I know a bunch of people that are in tremendous shape and have never stepped in a gym and never will. If you are truly committed to your health and exercise regularly then you may not need to consider going to the gym. This article is for those that may need that little extra push to exercise.

What I am saying is that if you have problems maintaining an exercise routine, going to the gym may be beneficial. Take these following reasons into consideration.

1. There are other people there with the same goals of losing or gaining weight, building muscle, improving health etc.

When you are around others with the same goals, you will likely be more motivated to keep exercising. We are products of our environment, good or bad.

2. There is so much more equipment available to you for use.

Unless you have a enormous home where you can dedicate a entire room of free weights, cables, machines, benches, or bars then you will not have access to many exercises. Therefore, you will be limited in what you can and can not do in terms of getting the full benefit of each exercise.

3. You can ask questions.

There are other members and trainers walking around and exercising that you can ask questions and get demonstrations and/or one on one consultation on the spot. If you are watching a video, if they don't answer your question directly then the chances of getting your specific question is limited.

4. You can watch others exercising.

I can't tell you how many times, I have learned new exercises from watching other people. It is not to say that you will do everything that you see, but at least you can decide whether or not to try it. If watching a video, you often only get one view. If in person, you can look from different views to ensure that you are doing something correctly.

5. You develop a routine.

When you exercise at home, go to the park, bike ride etc. you are not necessarily on a routine. Those are places that you can go anytime. When you do go, there are other things besides exercise and you may or may not actually exercise.

6. You don't have the distractions.

When you exercise other places, you open the door to several distractions whether it is the phone, doorbell, children, spouse, or traffic. When you are at the gym, everyone is exercising so the chance of distraction becomes limited if not eliminated.

7. You can try much of the new equipment without having to purchase it.

Gyms always get the much of the best equipment. When you purchase from infomercials, trying to return something can be a nightmare. Equipment in your house can take up a lot of room, especially if you do not utilize it and then can't return it.

These are just a few reasons that you may want to consider going to the gym. It is not to say that you won't succeed if you don't go to the gym. However, I do have to say that I truly believe that if you make the commitment and use the gym to the fullest, then it will serve its purpose and you will definitely benefit in the long run. Yoga boosts heart health

According to the researchers at IIT-Roorkee in Uttarakhand, heart rate

Ramesh Kumar Sunkaria, Vinod Kumar and Suresh Chandra Saxena of the Electrical Engineering Department evaluated two small groups of men in order to see whether yoga can improve heart health.

The team said that in their preliminary study of 84 volunteers, there was strengthening of parasympathetic (vagal) control in subjects who regularly practice yoga, which is indicative of better autonomic control over heart rate and so a healthier heart.

They analysed the "HRV spectra" of the electrocardiograms (ECG) of 42 healthy male volunteers who were non-yogic practitioners, and 42 who are experienced practitioners, all volunteers were aged between 18 and 48 years.

Washing your brushes will only take a few minutes and if you do it before you sleep, it will be nice and dry for use the next morning. Gather all your brushes and use only shampoo for cleaning them. No matter whether the bristles are synthetic or natural fur, use only shampoo and do not use conditioner.

Rinse the brushes thoroughly under warm, running water. It is advisable you wash each brush one at the time but you can also combine the smaller brushes and wash them together. Wet the brushes first before adding 2 drops of shampoo directly to the brushes.

Immediately use a circular motion and rub the brush in the palm of your hand. Do not rub it hard as it will spoil your precious brushes. Remember to use only shampoo and not conditioner.
